Artworks
We ship worldwide. If you wish to receive an invoice, please send an email to info@pinkbubblesart.com.
If you are located in Belgium personal delivery at your address can be arranged for larger artworks and delicate items. Please contact us at info@pinkbubblesart.com, before you place your order if you want to make use of this service, so we can prepare your order and arrange delivery.
Shipping costs
We shop worldwide. The shipping costs are estimated at checkout based on the size and weight of the artwork and based on the location of the buyer. The shipping method and price will automatically be calculated for you when you place your order. They are paid at the same time as the artwork itself.
If however, the seller notices that there is a big increase of the shipping cost compared to the estimated price that was displayed at checkout, the seller will notify the buyer. The buyer then has the choice to pay the additional shipping cost, or to cancel the order and get a refund.
Duties & Taxes
Original paintings going outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pink Bubbles Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer. From this point, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.
Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. Pink Bubbles Art is under no responsibility to accept a return, nor issue a refund, where the customer has declined to pay these fees or taxes.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver may result in the customer incurring a redirection fee. If the package is returned to Pink Bubbles Art the customer forfeits the original shipping cost.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at info@pinkbubblesart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
